    • Yes! We recommend to turn up 5-15 minutes before the advertised time so there are no delays in the run-time of the tasting.

    • Please allow for 5-10 working days for wine orders placed through our online shop.

    • Public ticketed tastings are refundable with over 72 hours notice. Our running costs vary depending on the number of attendees, so late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

    • Wine bought via the online shop is non-refundable. Whilst we purchase our wine from reputable sources and cellar all our bottles in optimal temperature-controlled conditions, we cannot guarantee that factors outside of our purveyance and/or control may also affect the wine.

    • All our wines are stored in temperature-controlled fridges and private storage that do not exceed 12-17 degrees celcius.
